Nancy Springett, AIA, NCARB is Executive Vice President at TECHNE, LLC. She is a registered architect with NCARB (National USA accreditation) and a member of the American Institute of Architects. Ms. Springett has advanced degrees in Sustainability and Environmental Management from Harvard University and in Architecture from Roger Williams University.
Her project experience is varied, including a variety of academic, institutional, and residential projects, ranging from museum design, to new elementary schools, to the design of a 240-residential unit mixed-use, transit-oriented development in Boston, Massachusetts. Ms. Springett is highly skilled in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and ArchiCad. She is a member of the Boston Society of Architects and Urban Land Institute and was the co-chair of the ULI Springfield Technical Assistance Panel and participated on the Bristol Technical Assistance Panel.
She is an expert on Sustainable Design and Green Building with academic training in the graduate program in Sustainability and Environmental Management at Harvard University.
Ms. Springett and TECHNE’s Vice Chairman, Jonathan Lane, co-chair the TECHNE selection committee that determines all design, engineering, and construction teaming partners that work on TECHNE projects in the Middle East. Ms. Springett has traveled and worked extensively in the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
