TECHUS, LLC is a New England USA-based Company that was formed to meet the educational, housing, and healthcare needs of  rapidly growing Middle East populations. The Company plans to develop new planned urban development housing projects in the Middle East. The Company’s initial three projects will be located within The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and will feature a conceptual design that encourages a “healthy lifestyle” for Saudi families. These communities are 

referred to as the TECHUS Family Cities.

In order to successfully differentiate these communities from other housing projects in the Kingdom, the TECHUS Family Cities incorporates “high-level” master planning that integrates wellness, preventive health care, recreation, education, and spiritual life for Saudi families. In developing these communities’ master plans, strong consideration has been given to incorporating “energy efficiency” into the design of housing and institutional structures as well as integrating energy-saving transportation solutions for community residents.

TECHUS has assembled a highly experienced senior management team with over 300 years of collective experience to develop these projects. This management team enjoys broad and relevant of management experience in the areas of strategy, finance, education administration, medical administration, community planning, real estate development, and construction management. All of this management team has experience operating on international projects in the Middle East and North Africa. 

The Company maintains offices in the United States, the United Arab Emirates, and The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
